Comprehensive Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the purchase and use of tickets sold by Garland Tickets.

Purchasing and Ticket Use

  • Role as Reseller: We purchase tickets from authorized suppliers and resell them.
  • Non-Refundable Sales: All purchases are final and non-refundable.
  • Date Modifications: Tickets can be rescheduled up to three days before the event date for a fee of 30 euros.

Pricing and Transactions

  • Transparent Pricing: All prices include applicable taxes, with no hidden fees.
  • Payment Issues: In case of payment failures, no contract is formed, and we will communicate the issue promptly.
  • Ticket Delivery: Tickets are typically delivered immediately after payment confirmation. Delays may occur due to unforeseen issues, in which case we will attempt to resolve within 48 hours or provide a full refund.

Responsibilities of the Customer

  • Accurate Information: You must provide true and accurate information for ticket delivery.
  • Prohibited Activities: Tickets may not be resold commercially. Any breach may lead to cancellation and legal consequences.

Liability Limitations

  • Control Limits: We are only liable for direct damages caused by our proven negligence. We do not control, and thus are not liable for, external events or supplier actions.
  • Exclusion Clauses: We are not responsible for personal dissatisfaction with the event or external factors like weather or transportation issues.

Chargeback and Dispute Resolution

  • Chargeback Avoidance: If issues arise, customers are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. We aim to resolve disputes amicably and efficiently.
  • Dispute Handling: All disputes should be reported within a reasonable timeframe, ideally within 48 hours post-event, to ensure timely investigation and resolution.

Enhanced Consumer Protections

  • Consumer Rights Education: Customers are advised to understand their rights under applicable consumer protection laws, which do not typically cover leisure services on specific dates.
  • Feedback Mechanism: We offer a structured process for complaints and feedback to ensure customer concerns are addressed promptly and fairly.

  • Commitment to Privacy: We adhere to stringent data protection regulations. Your information will only be used as necessary for ticket processing and not shared beyond essential purposes.
